I chose to have a cozy birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. They have such a fun, intimate environment. At the time I went, they even had Halloween decorations up! I personally love all their wagyu skewers and some of the chicken skewers. I also love their oysters with the yuzu mignonette! They have really fresh ingredients for their nigiri and handrolls. Service is always polite and prompt taking their time to go over any questions on the menu. Regularly stopping to check if we were enjoying the dishes and that our waters never went empty. I mentioned earlier that I booked this reservation to celebrate my birthday. I need to praise Noah for his exceptional birthday singing talents. Please give him a raise. Thank you for a wonderful evening, Kyara Team.

Best meal of 2024! This not so hidden gem is new my favorite local sushi spot! My first visit was 5 weeks ago, and I've been back 4 times already! The restaurant is beautiful and clean, service is superb, and the food...wow! Had the Ume every time with the occasional Robata add on. They do a tuna cutting that I can't wait to try. Wait list is crazy, but it looks worth the wait. YouTube it! They also change the menu for night hours. Turns into more of a bar with delicious Japanese bar bites. Chef Winston was really thoughtful about the dinner menu and the later hours Best bites: Otoro Uni Ama ebi Chawanmushi Rib cap skewer Pork jowl skewer Pretty much every bite Just go check out Omakase Kyara. Your taste buds will thank you

Been wanting to take my girlfriend to a place that offered Omakase and I chose this place since I'm not big on sushi and they actually had a good amount of options for me. My girlfriend chose the Take Omakase and two days later she is still blown away by all of the great flavors of the different dishes as well as the sashimi. Her faves were the oyster appetizer, the fatty tuna? With caviar sashimi and of course the salmon sashimi. Oh, and we both loved their Lychee cocktail. Full of lychee flavor and didn't really taste the alcohol. I got a couple hand rolls (snow crab California and unagi with avocado) and some skewers (A5 Wagyu with foie gras butter, chicken thigh, chicken cartilage, & bacon wrapped asparagus). The chicken cartilage was by far my fave, I probably could've easily eaten ten of them. I was excited to actually try the A5 Wagyu because where else would you be able to try a smidge of this expensive steak without breaking the bank too bad? It was super rich and fatty, pretty much how I expected it to be. The service was excellent, consistently checking if we needed anything and apologized for any wait. They explained all of the Omakase dishes and made the experience extra fun. They also asked if we were celebrating anything and we told them it was my girlfriends birthday last week, so they ended our meal with a little matcha mousse cake with a candle. I thought it was gonna be dense and dry, but it was super delicious and every bite just melted in your mouth. We would definitely like to come back on another trip out here. I'm gonna constantly be dreaming about the chicken cartilage skewers.

There were 6 of us and we had reservations for a Friday at 7pm. We were seated promptly. We intentionally came here at this time in order to try their omakase. We all ordered the Matsu Omakase ($138). We were told that the difference between the Matsu and Take options is the wagyu that comes with the Matsu option. Everything served had great presentation and all had very good quality. This was such an amazing experience - kudos to Chef Winston! Price is reasonable. Our server Jean was nice, friendly and accommodating. Ambience - well-lit, clean and not too loud. A few regular tables and also bar seating. Highly suggest making reservations. Located in a complex - lots of parking. Definitely coming back here.

Came to visit friends and they brought me here. Everything we ordered was so fresh, full of flavorful and decadent. We ordered O toro (our favorite), Amberjack, Kingfish, Sweet Shrimp, and Seabass. Service was exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ambiance was decorative and clean. We will have to try the Omakase here next visit.

I went here for their Valentine's Day special earlier this year and it was a fantastic evening. I made a reservation a week in advance and spots filled up very quickly! Upon entry, the place had a classy, calm atmosphere. Felt very clean. A smaller more intimate venue. Has an open kitchen concept and a lot your orders are given right over the counter which is super fun. A huge selection of drinks and wines; honestly endless. The sashimi here is so fresh, tender and thick. We also tried the oysters and miso soup which were also great. An amazing time with my girlfriend. Everyone was also super friendly and chefs are always available for a small chat or laugh. Will be back!!

This review is for their late night menu 5 stars Oysters - I really liked the touch of grapefruit Ribcap - super tender 4 stars Chutoro nigiri Scallop nigiri Chicken thigh Sirloin cap - not as tender as the ribcap but I liked that it was meatier Chicken cartilage - it had a little bit of meat along with the cartilage (most places just give cartilage by itself) 3 stars Beef tongue - tongue was decent; didn't think the sesame oil was a good dip for it Chicken oyster - my wife didn't like that it had a little bit of a smoky taste to it Chicken skin 2 stars Agedashi tofu - the sauce was super bland Chicken tail - I'm supposed to eat the tail bone in it... right? Tried it because it was different, I just didn't really care for the texture Chicken liver - liver just isn't really my thing Chicken Tsukune - both the skewer and the egg dipping sauce didn't really do it for me Salmon & avocado temaki - the seaweed was soggy rather than crispy; when you bite into it, it's kind of chewy and hard to rip off

This place has 5 stars for a reason!! Amazing and friendly service, delicious food, beautiful preparation & presentation, and clean, beautiful restaurant. I originally tasted a bit of their food and interacted with some of them at a Yelp elite event and knew that I had to come try their food fresh and in their restaurant so my husband and I booked a Valentine's Day dinner to try their menus! Upon entering, we were greeted and sat! Although not at the bar, we enjoyed our table in the adjacent room. We were offered complimentary sparkling wine as it was Valentine's Day and were handed the menu offering Ume $68 or Take at $98. We ordered the $98 Take menu for each of us so we could try it all and we definitely were not disappointed!! Food: The first course that included the oyster, Branzino, and chawanmushi were delightful with the salty and fresh notes, a warm, silky note, and perfectly cooked fish note. The second course included 12 assorted sashimi with sushi rice and nori and it was some of the best and freshest sashimi I've had. No fishy tastes, and most melted in your mouth. We were also encouraged to use the sushi rice and nori to make hand rolls whenever we wanted, and you could ask for more if needed. We ended our third course with a miso soup, and we were stuffed! I was nervous that it wouldn't be much food, but it was perfect! Almost didn't order the strawberry dream dessert, but why not?! Drink: in addition to the sparkling wine, we ordered the Yuzu Sake, Shibata, "Black" and the Mochi Sparkling Uni Matcha w/ white strawberry. Both were delicious and refreshing! Service: immaculate. Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, what was being served, and what could pair well with menu items. She was also very personable and moved us along with our courses well as it was our first time. Overall, would love to come here again for a date night with my husband! I can see why this place is rated so highly!
